Sunday Jan 18 Mpls: Hosting the annual concert for the MLK Holiday at St. Joan of Arc. Marching To a Better World: Musician moms and their kids talk about Selma fifty years after the marches. With an all-star lineup: Gwen Matthews, T Mychael Rambo, Thomasina Petrus, Yolande Bruce, Tonia Hughes, Cameron Wright, Brittany Delaney, a full band and the SJA Choir. 7pm general admission.

Wednesday March 11 St. Paul: A show about the great French language troubadour of the 1960s, Jacques Brel, with pals Prudence Johnson, Bradley Greenwald and Diana Grasselli. At the Weyerhauser Auditorium, Landmark Center, presented by the St. Paul Libraries.

Saturday March 28 St. Paul: Civil War Homecoming, a portrait of Minnesota at the end of the Civil War drawn in music, articles, diaries and letters. A new show written and hosted by Dan and featuring Kevin Kling, Maria Jette, Prudence Johnson, Laura MacKenzie, T Mychael Rambo, members of the Brass Messengers and the Roe Family Singers and more. At the Fitzgerald Theater in St. Paul and subsequent broadcast on MPR. Tickets available after February 5 through MPR and MNHS.

Saturday April 25 St. Croix Falls WI: Once Upon a River, the annual lovefest for the St. Croix River Valley presented by Dan, featuring the Festival Chorus and musical guests TBD. At the Festival Theatre, 730pm.

Sunday April 26 Mpls: With Kevin Kling in a reworking of the Walkin’ Shoes show, with special guest Prudence Johnson. At St Joan of Arc, 7pm. General admission, doors at 6:15.

Wednesday April 29 St. Paul: Returning to the 3M Auditorium of the MN History Center with the Rose Ensemble, in Singing For Freedom: The antislavery campaign of the Hutchinson Family Singers. 7:30pm.
